Produktbeschreibung
Die vollautomatische und hocheffiziente Maskenproduktionslinie besteht aus einem Zuführsystem, einem Faltformsystem, einem Ohrriemenschweißgerät und einem Entladesystem. Es eignet sich für mehrschichtige PP-Vliesstoffe, Aktivkohle und Filtermaterialien. Durch Ultraschallschweißen und automatisches Kantenversiegeln wird die mehrschichtige Materialverbundformung der ebenen Maske abgeschlossen, wodurch die vollständige Automatisierung der Maskenherstellung vom Material bis zum fertigen Produkt realisiert wird. Die Anzahl der Masken kann 6000-8000 pro Stunde erreichen. Die vollautomatische Produktionslinie wird von einem SPS-Steuerungssystem, einem Servomotor und einem Schrittmotor angetrieben. Die Produktionslinie hat hohe Präzision und gute Stabilität. Das vollautomatische Zuführsystem ist praktisch für die Einstellung und Wartung. Das fotoelektrische Mehrpunkt-Erkennungssystem kann einen stabilen Produktionsbetrieb und einen automatischen Alarm gewährleisten. Das Faltformsystem kann die Produktverformung wirksam reduzieren. Die Produktionslinie kann mit der automatischen Verpackungslinie des Atemschutzgeräts verwendet werden, um den unbemannten Vorgang vom Material über das fertige Produkt bis zur Verpackung zu realisieren.
